An introductory session is strongly suggested for all new clients before starting any of my programs. You’ll feel more confident on the equipment and in your Pilates exercises. This is not necessary if you have prior Pilates experience.
During this appointment, you will be introduced to the Pilates fundamentals. Other important elements include familiarizing you with the equipment and reviewing proper use of breath, a critical component of Pilates. You will learn all this while you are completing a session, just at a much slower pace.
We will review your health history for any special pathologies, injuries, surgeries that require special attention. We will discuss your future goals and what you expect to get from our sessions. From this, I can then develop a personalized plan for your needs. This session usually takes 90 minutes to complete. Working 1:1 with an instructor, you will have the opportunity to address your personal physical and wellness goals in a private setting. Everything is customized to your goals and needs.
You will receive instruction on the Cadillac, Reformer, baby arm chair, spine corrector, chair and mat floor work. Private lessons can also be done virtually.

This is the perfect option if you and a friend are working on similar goals, or have a similar training schedule.
To get the most of your lessons, it is recommended that you be partnered with a person of a similar fitness level. Sessions include reformer, tower, small props, spine corrector work, mat floor work. Duet lessons can also be done virtually.
